10 years of functional experience including any of the following: finacial project management, financial process design/re-engineering, training design & delivery, internal control testing, financial management, auditing
2 years of Federal Government Finance/Accounting or Budgeting Experience
5 years project management experience
MBA or a current professional recognized certification in accounting, finance, or project management.
